This year for Valentine's Day we decided we were not going to buy presents but instead we were going to make homemade cards for each other. Well, the night before Valentine's Day Luke came home with a big poster board, tissue paper, and beads. I thought it was kind of cute and figured he was going to make me a big poster card. Then, he started asking me for my mod podge and other supplies. It was rather late so I decided to let him do his thing and head to bed. I went out to say good night and saw him out there with the blow dryer going. I was very curious what was going on! I awoke to this beautiful flower! He made me a homemade flower! It has a clip on it and originally I was supposed to wear it on my blouse but we figured it was safer in my hair away from Eli's reach. Can you believe he made this! I asked where he saw the idea and he said he just thought of it. It is pretty stinking amazing. The picture does not do it the justice it deserves. Luke, although it not a crafty sort of man that does crafts all the time, is VERY creative and talented. I always ask his opinion about design projects, house decor, etc. He has a great sense of style/taste and is so creative! I swear he is in the wrong career field, accounting...? Thanks for the flower babe, I love you!
